*Reminder that this week is for Varsity only. Those who received emails are the only ones at practice. 

Monday: OFF. No practice 

Tuesday: 3:00 pm hard workout for Varsity only. Email mlosapio@salesianum.org if you can't get here by 3pm and we can always start at 3:15pm. 

Wednesday: 3:00 pm start. Meet at the Tennis Courts

Thursday:  3:00 pm start. Meet at the track. 

Friday: 3:00 pm pre-Meet. Meet at the track. 

Saturday: DIAA STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS!!!! 

Be at Salesianum at 12pm. We are only allowed to travel with our top 8 runners who will be announced at practice this week. You must take the bus to and from the meet. The DIAA/State Park is asking us to all travel together. If this is an issue, please see coach Lo Sapio asap so we can get everything worked out! 

There will be no awards given out at the meet and all awards are mailed home. No one can go near the start/finish area 30 minutes prior to the start. All start/finish areas are roped off and no one can go in unless it's an athlete 30 minutes prior to their race. DI set up is at the water park. Dress warm and bring TONS of extra clothes. We have an entire bus for 8 athletes, so bring as much as you want!!! Let's have fun and get it done! 

Date of Meet – Saturday, December 5th at Killens Pond State Park

            Schedule:        Division II Girls – 10:30 a.m.

                                    Division II Boys – 12:00 noon

                                    Division I Girls –   1:30 p.m.

                                    Division I Boys –   3:00 p.m.--SALESIANUM! 

Sunday: Senior Recognition for THE ENTIRE TEAM AT THE NEW TRACK!!!!!
